As Overwatch 2 embarks on an unlikely collaboration with Transformers, Blizzard has unveiled its new support hero, Juno, through a gameplay video. Currently, Juno is not listed on the Overwatch 2 website, and detailed descriptions of her abilities, ratios, and cooldowns are absent. Players will have to rely on what is shown on screen, which does not fully reveal the intricacies of her skills. Fortunately, Juno will be available for free play from July 19 to 21, allowing players to experience her abilities firsthand before she returns with the launch of the new season.
Juno’s kit includes a pistol that fires syringes, healing allies and damaging enemies in true Team Fortress 2 medic style. She has a glide boost that lets her float (or jump?) as if she were in space. Her small missiles can heal or deal damage depending on the target, and she has a ring that provides a speed boost to any ally who passes through it. Finally, her ultimate ability launches an orbital laser that benefits her team while negatively impacting opponents.
