Wuthering Waves Leaks: Jinhsi and Changli Gameplay Animations Unveiled

Recent leaks have surfaced showcasing the combat animations of two anticipated five-star characters in Wuthering Waves: Jinhsi and Changli. These characters were officially introduced by Kuro Games in a blog update and are slated to appear in the upcoming 1.1 update of the game.

Despite Wuthering Waves being officially launched less than a month ago, its social media platforms report an impressive milestone of over 30 million downloads. Like many gacha games, Wuthering Waves maintains a rigorous update schedule, promising new content every few weeks.

A recent post on the Wuthering Waves Leaks subreddit has disclosed new combat animations for Jinhsi and Changli. Jinhsi has already been featured in the main storyline as the magistrate of Jinzhou, one of the primary cities in Wuthering Waves. She shares a bond with the sentinel Jue, who manifests as a dragon. Many fans have applauded Kuro for integrating the dragon into several of Jinhsi’s animations. The leak substantiates earlier rumors that Jinhsi is a five-star Spectro character wielding a Broadblade.

Jinhsi’s skill propels her forward, executing multiple consecutive attacks that inflict Spectro damage. This skill can be used mid-air, with the option for players to significantly reduce its cooldown. Jinhsi’s ultimate ability is more straightforward, delivering substantial AoE Spectro damage. Jinhsi will be the second five-star Spectro character in the game, following the healer Verina.

Jinhsi’s Passive Talents boost her Spectro damage bonuses and enhance her Intro Skill damage. Changli, on the other hand, is a DPS Fusion character who uses a sword. According to leaks, Changli’s skill triggers a rapid attack on a nearby enemy and activates a special state called True Sight. In this state, Changli’s next Basic Attack allows her to dash towards an enemy, dealing Fusion damage.

Regarding their release dates, Jinhsi is expected to feature in the first Wuthering Waves banner cycle with the 1.1 update, likely around June 27. Changli is anticipated to join the roster in the second banner cycle, approximately three weeks after Jinhsi. The leaked gameplay was recorded on the game’s beta servers, so Kuro might make adjustments to Jinhsi and Changli before their official release.
